Where We Deliver
Currently we deliver to England, Scotland and Wales (with exclusions as below).
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other remote islands
We don't deliver to the following postcodes as DPD only offer 2 day service or longer
AB31-38, AB41-54, AB55-56, FK17-21, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH, TR21-25, ZE
Note: We have no deliveries or collections on a Bank Holiday.
You can track your parcel using the DPD app/ website and we will send you tracking details once they have received it from us.
DPD collect, route and deliver millions of parcels every month. They offer timed and trackable delivery and specialise in fragile, security and liquid services.
When you have completed your order online you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. Once we have completed your order and it is with DPD, you will receive a notification from DPD with your tracking number. DPD collect from our premises daily so that we can guarantee once your order has left our production facility it will be delivered to your door the following day. All our meat is packed on ice and lab tested to withhold up to 72 hours in transit.
On the morning on the day of your delivery you will receive a notification via e-mail/text providing you with an hour window for when your parcel will be delivered. This is a guide time.
Prior to delivery and at your door
All deliveries are preferred to be contactless. If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place.
All drivers are required to knock or ring the bell on arrival. In the instance no one answers, the driver must leave the parcel on the doorstep or required safe place prescribed on the App, the driver is not allowed to return to the depot with the perishable food.
We would encourage all customers to download the DPD App to have up to date notifications on the delivery of their parcel. The customer gets a notification it is out for delivery, a 1 hour time slot, a 30 minute notification and a ‘Your Next’ notification. The customer should therefore be able to practically track the drivers every steps
