We offer UK nationwide delivery with two price brackets, using DPD.

We ship Monday to Friday and you can choose your own delivery date at checkout, up to two weeks in advance. We then ship the day before and send tracking details.

Where we deliver

Currently we deliver to England, Scotland and Wales, with the exclusions below.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight or other remote islands.

We don't deliver to the following postcodes, as DPD only offer a two-day service or longer:

AB31-38, AB41-54, FK17-21, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-80, PH15-26, PH30-50, TR21-25, ZE

Note: we have no deliveries or collections on a bank holiday.

Delivery date

We give our customers the ability to choose their delivery date at checkout. In the majority of cases DPD will deliver on that date, but please be aware there can sometimes be problems in their network — accidents, weather and so on — which can delay your delivery by a day.

Packaging and delivery

DPD collect from our premises daily, so once your order has left our production facility it will be delivered to your door the following day. All our meat is packed on ice and lab tested to hold up to 72 hours in transit.

On the morning of your delivery you will receive a notification by email or text from DPD giving you an hour window for when your parcel will arrive. This is a guide time.

Prior to delivery and at your door

All deliveries are preferred to be contactless. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place.

Please note, all couriers operate a leave-safe on fresh product, meaning they don't need to knock your door. The driver must leave the parcel on the doorstep or in the safe place given by the customer — they are not allowed to return to the depot with perishable food.

Tracking

You can track your parcel using the DPD app or website, and we will send you tracking details once they have received it from us.

When you have completed your order online you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Once we have completed your order and it is with DPD, you will receive a notification from DPD with your tracking number.

DPD app

We would encourage all customers to download the DPD app for up-to-date notifications on the delivery of their parcel. You get a notification when it is out for delivery, a one-hour time slot, a 30-minute notification and a "you're next" notification, so you can practically track the driver's every step.
