The beef joint does the Sunday, pork loin steaks handle a quick midweek dinner, and a kilo of sausages covers the mornings and the toad-in-the-hole. Then three kilos of marinated chicken — Chinese drumsticks and BBQ wings — for the nights nobody feels like cooking. Bought separately these come to £40.93.
Every cut is prepared in our own butchery and packed fresh to order, then delivered chilled in insulated packaging with ice sheets. Freeze what you are not using within three days of arrival and it will keep for up to three months.

The temperature controlled systems consists of a white double walled corrugated carton & a two part air infused reflective insert. They are fully validated over a realistic but very high standard laboratory controlled test & are a cost effective way of shipping your fresh or frozen food.
