Three joints — beef, gammon and pork loin — so there is a roast on the table whichever Sunday you are cooking, and cold meat for the sandwiches after. Chicken breast and the mince do the fast midweek dinners, bacon and sausages do the mornings, and two kilos of marinated chicken fill the gaps.
Then the tomahawk — a bone-in ribeye, marbled through the eye, big enough for two. Sear it hard, finish it low, rest it ten minutes.
Every cut is prepared in our own butchery and packed fresh to order, then delivered chilled in insulated packaging with ice sheets. Freeze what you are not using within three days of arrival and it will keep for up to three months.

They are fully validated over a realistic but very high standard laboratory controlled test & are a cost effective way of shipping your fresh or frozen food.
