Two roasting joints for the Sundays, two sirloins for the Saturday night, and breast fillets, pork steaks, gammon and mince to carry the midweek. A kilo of back bacon and the sausages do the mornings, two kilos of marinated chicken cover the nights nobody wants to cook, and the mixed grill pack is a dinner on its own.

Every cut is prepared in our own butchery and packed fresh to order, then delivered chilled in insulated packaging with ice sheets. Freeze what you are not using within three days of arrival and it will keep for up to three months.
